Gaming
Well ladies and gentlemen, when you read a book, don't you want to go inside it, be the protagonist and enjoy it as much as it is being enjoyed by the fictional characters. Well my friends, you are missing a puzzle piece, gaming is right at your doorstep!
Games are nothing but simulations of a story which is also written in a book, but the difference is that books are just a tradition whereas games, they are the hottest cakes which are preferred as a perfect replacement for book around the globe. Frankly, I'm not criticizing books (don't get the wrong idea) but I'm making my dear viewers realize the essence of games. In a game, you can actually get inside the story, live as, or to be exact, be the protagonist! Some books are very hard to decipher and these authors use tough language which bug many readers but when talking about gaming, it just solves the problem! Personally seeing the huge potential of games and ironically seeing it taking the back seat, it just makes me more desperate to make awareness.
People have the wrong impressions of games but hello, games are just stories but a simulated story which you can live and enjoy in a way which early authors did not even have the slightest bit of idea of. It's true, games cause many health problems and some of them are serious in fact, but controlling and limiting the hours of gameplay is a solution which I think won't cause anything. Excess of everything is harmful, and being healthy and non-mental beings who are not in a mental hospital right now, I don't think that we are in a state where we have no control over our body. Let's not turn into zombies and I think and am very sure, that people are in a position to limit their gameplay. The nature of many people is too much addictive and this is the possible reason I can think of why people become so obsessed when it comes to playing games. Playing 0.5-1 hour is more than enough in an everyday manner and I don't think this would harm anyone in anyway. Books are interesting, no doubt, but gaming just takes it to the next level!
I am a naive writer and can be wrong at times, so I request my dear readers to correct me.
